USING PRINTERS WITH RADFAX2
---------------------------

RADFAX2 will now support the following printers:

{1} Epson and IBM 9 pin printers

{2} Epson LQ 24 pin printers

{3} IBM X24 24 pin printers (IBM AGM mode)

{4} HP LaserJet with Page Control Language, Level II (PCL)
        & 150 DPI resolution

{5} HP LaserJet with PCL & 300 Dots Per Inch (DPI) resolution.
Needs more RAM memory than {4} above.

{6} Canon BJ130 Bubble Jet

Many popular printers can emulate 1 or more of the above, for example:

The Brother M-1824L can be made to work with either {1},{2} or {3} above.

The Canon BJ10e can be made work with either {1},{3} and {6} above. When
emulating an IBM 9 pin have DIP SWITCH 7 OFF, when emulating an IBM 24 pin
printer have DIP SWITCH 7 ON (AGM MODE), and when emulating the Canon BJ130
printer put DIP SWITCH 10 ON (MODE 2).

The HP DeskJet 500 is compatible with {4} and {5} above.

-------------------------------------------------------------
When doing a Large Sideways Printout (Option (2) of PRINTER SUB-MENU)
you will need to use either continuous fanfold paper, paper rolls or single
sheets that are at least 14 inches long (LEGAL SIZE), except in the case of
using a HP PCL mode which will fit the Sideways Printouts on a standard
A4 size sheet.
