A Neo-7M GPS receiver with a 5-pin SIL header at one end and an SMA antenna connector on the other. There is no onboard antenna so you need to connect an external antenna.
The Neo-7M supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS and can provide updates at up to 10Hz.

CH340G-based USB/serial module with chassis-mounting extension cable
This set includes two components:
1) A CH340G-based USB/serial module with 6-pin female header and micro-USB socket. This plugs directly into the 6-pin isolated serial header on the GPS Disciplined Oscillator.
2) A 10cm micro-USB extension cable with chassis-mounting socket. This plugs into the USB/serial module and provides a convenient way to mount the socket to the case using just three holes.
