This would be difficult to etch yourself, due to the small size and via locations, so it's provided mainly as a reference.
Both layers are in a single PDF.

Kit for the Switchmode 78xx Regulator replacement
A kit with the PCB and all onboard parts for the Switchmode 78xx Regulator replacement project from August 2020.
The output voltage option determines what resistor and inductor values you get:
- 3.3V (31.6kΩ, 15µH)
- 5V (52.3kΩ, 22µH)
- 6V (64.9kΩ, 27µH)
- 8V (88.7kΩ, 39µH)
- 9V (102kΩ, 39µH)
- 12V (140kΩ, 56µH)
- 15V (178kΩ, 68µH)
