MMBasic source code for the 4DoF Simulation Seat
The control software for the Gamer's Seat with Four DoF. It's written in BASIC and is loaded into the 44-pin Micromite chip, after it has been flashed with the Micromite Mk2 firmware (available as a separate download).

4DoF Simulation Seat motor controller PCB [11109191]
The main control board for the Gamer's Seat with Four DoF.
Double-sided PCB with plated through holes, solder mask and silkscreen overlay.
With this board, there is no need to fit the wire links, as top layer tracks are provided in their place. Also, the high-current motor supply distribution tracks on the far left of the board are doubled up (top & bottom) to improve their current handling capability.
133.5 x 96.5mm.

High-current H-bridge motor controller PCB [11109192]
A motor control board, as used for the Gamer's Seat with Four DoF.
Double-sided PCB with plated through holes, solder mask and silkscreen overlay.
54.5 x 23mm.

PIC32MX170F256D-50I/PT programmed for the 4DoF Simulation Seat [1110919A.HEX]
A 32-bit PIC microcontroller in 44-pin TQFP programmed for the Gamer's Seat with Four DoF. This includes the BASIC source code needed for the project.

4DoF Simulation Seat motor controller and H-bridge PCB patterns [11109191-2]
Two PDFs with the PCB designs for the Gamer's Seat with Four DoF, including the main control board coded 11109191, and the H-bridge driver, coded 11109192 (both double-sided).
Both layers are in a single PDF in each case. Note that the control board can be made as a single-sided board. In this case, ignore the top layer and fit the wire links where shown in the article.
