Hard-to-get parts for the 500W Amplifier
A set of all the critical parts needed to build the 500W Amplifier (not including the PCB, which is sold separately).
It includes:
- 12 output transistors (6 x MJW21195G & 6 x MJW21196G)
- two driver transistors (MJE15034G & MJE15035G)
- two VAS transistors (FZT458TA & FZT558TA)
- two input transistors (2SA1312)
- Diodes: four UF4007 & one BAV21
- two TL431 voltage references
- one 75pF 250V NP0/C0G capacitor
- Resistors: one 10kΩ 1W 1%, two 35.7kΩ ¼W 1% and two 205Ω ¼W 1%
All the rest of the parts (mainly resistors, capacitors, connectors and heatsinks) are available from your usual parts supplier like Altronics or Jaycar.
Note: photo shows fully assembled amplifier module, including parts not in this set.
